Waqas founded WAQ Technologies after spending 15 years working inside the USA trucking industry — as a dispatcher, fleet manager, and operations director. He saw firsthand how outdated software and generic tech solutions were costing trucking companies millions in inefficiency. In 2009, he set out to build the technology he always wished existed: AI-powered tools built exclusively for trucking, by someone who actually understands the industry. Today, Waqas leads a team of engineers, designers, and trucking veterans dedicated to transforming how America's trucking companies operate.
